Shinju, meaning pearl, was born on the slopes of the great Mt. Fuji, Japan’s highest and most sacred mountain, which serves as the sole water source of Shinju’s 'white pearl' blended whisky. The White Pearl expression is a proprietary blend of pristine alpine water and four distinct whisky expressions that have been meticulously hand selected and blended by our Master Distiller, each of which has been aged an average of three years in American White Oak barrels.
